This interactive training session aims to deepen the understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles within the arts industry. This is not a sit down lecture type of session, we understand the world we are working in! So using different methods for learning, we look at opening a conversation and developing strategies to cultivate an inclusive culture. This session works well at the start of contracts to bring everyone together and get an open dialogue going.

What do we look at:

• An introduction to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in theatre

• Understanding bias and privilege

• Addressing harassment, discrimination, and microaggressions

• Practical strategies for creating inclusive work environments.
