Support, guidance and empowerment.

training and workshops.

Our interactive training workshops are designed to encourage understanding and implementation of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practices in creative environments.

Covering a range of topics surrounding inclusivity in the creative arts, they are designed to open conversations and encourage change in a supportive, nurturing and dare we say… fun environment.

We understand the world we are working in, so sit down lectures are not our thing! We want to engage people (we pride ourselves on defrosting) so use different learning techniques to make what can sometimes be challenging topics accessible, practical, and for the people we are looking to serve.

creating inclusive environments

These interactive training sessions aim to deepen the understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles within the arts industry. Using different learning methods we look at opening a conversation and developing strategies to cultivate an inclusive culture. With specific sessions for the start of theatre contracts, FOH teams and drama school students, these sessions aim to bring everyone together and get an open dialogue going.

Inclusive storytelling: Navigating sensitive themes

In productions that explore complex themes such as racially insensitive language, LGBTQI+ issues or other sensitive subjects, our Inclusive Storytelling sessions provide tailored support to make sure these topics are handled with care and respect. These sessions support companies in navigating the emotional and ethical considerations of safely bringing the stories of everyone to life while safeguarding the well-being of everyone involved.

inclusive leadership

Specifically designed for those working in leadership positions in the arts, our range of inclusive leadership services are created to equip your team with the essential skills and tools to lead inclusively. Participants will learn how to work intentionally towards collaborative and inclusive workplaces.

Building an Inclusive Culture

Designed for production companies, long-running shows or those looking to strengthen workplace culture, this session explores how clear communication, professional boundaries, and constructive conversations contribute to a thriving and inclusive work environment.

facilitated listening spaces

These sessions are designed to offer a safe, supportive environment for open dialogue where individuals can offload concerns, share experiences, and navigate difficult conversations.  These sessions can be themed if there are specific topics people want to cover.

additional talks and workshops

In addition to these sessions, we offer a series of talks and workshops that focus on more specific topics. These sessions are designed to build deeper understanding, provide practical tools, and promote inclusive practices in the arts. Each workshop is led by experienced facilitators and we work together to meet the unique needs of your team or production.
